Curried Chicken Pita Pockets

Ingredients

mayonnaise

lemon juice

curry powder

small onion, finely chopped

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked

green grapes, seedless and halved

celery, chopped
|

1/2 |

almonds, sliced
|

pita bread, halved
|
|
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, lemon juice, curry powder and onion. Stir in chicken, grapes and celery; refrigerate.
Just before serving, add almonds. Stuff about 1/4 cup into each pita half.
